Phu Bai Industrial Zone (IZ) is steadily affirming its role as a key growth driver of the locality, making significant contributions to the socio-economic development of Phu Bai Ward and the city as a whole. Regarding investment attraction strategies, the building of a favorable business environment, and sustainable development, Mr. Le Ba Minh Hai, Chairman of Phu Bai Ward People’s Committee, shared some insights in an interview with Hue Today Weekly.

On the evening of April 25, the art program “Enchanting Imperial Palace” will officially open at Hue Imperial Citadel. On the afternoon of April 24, at the Nguyen Dynasty’s Privy Council (Co Mat Vien - Tam Toa), Hue Monuments Conservation Center held an online signing ceremony for a scientific and cultural cooperation agreement with the Quai Branly - Jacques Chirac Museum (France), opening an additional channel to access international archival resources for heritage conservation.

On the morning of April 24, at the Royal Treasury Palace area - Hue Imperial Citadel, the “Exhibition and display of orchids, bonsai, and ornamental stones of the three regions 2026” officially opened as part of Hue Festival 2026, attracting a large number of locals and visitors.

On April 24, Vice Chairman of the City People’s Committee Tran Huu Thuy Giang had a courtesy meeting with Mr. Franch Bolgiani, Cultural Attaché of the French Embassy in Vietnam, Deputy Director of the French Institute in Hanoi, on the occasion of his delegation’s visit and working trip to Hue City.

On the afternoon of April 23, Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, and Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee, along with representatives from relevant departments and sectors, received and held a working session with a delegation from the Consulate General of the Republic of Belarus in Ho Chi Minh City, led by Mr. Alexander Dmitrievich Sidoruk, Consul General.

On April 22nd, a delegation from the Federal Ministry for Economic Cooperation and Development (BMZ) (the Federal Republic of Germany) visited, surveyed, and held a working session at Hue Industrial College.
