Since the operation of the two-tier local government model, Hue Intelligent Operations Center (HueIOC), along with Hue-S super application has become the core infrastructure for the operating work of Hue City. The system not only helps the government operate efficiently and transparently, but also plays the role of an inter-level coordination axis, ensuring data is connected uniformly and citizens' feedback is processed quickly and accurately.

On August 6th, Hue Central Hospital and FUJIFILM Vietnam Co., Ltd. signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), marking a significant step forward in professional development and the application of advanced technology in the field of endoscopy.

According to Hue City People’s Committee Office, between July 1st and 14th, 2025, Hue City received and processed 17.710 administrative procedure applications across 40 communes and wards, with an online submission rate of 75,78%.

In just the first two days (July 1st – 2nd) of implementing the two-tier local government model, over 846 applications were received at 40 Public Administrative Service Centers at the ward and commune levels in Hue City. The mountainous areas of A Luoi and Nam Dong (now Phu Loc District) possess a year-round supply of clean, naturally flowing water, making them an ideal environment for sturgeon farming. Capitalizing on this advantage, the local Agricultural Extension Center (AEC) implemented the “Application of Science and Technology to Develop a Sturgeon Nursery and Farming Model Based on the Value Chain in Mountainous Communes of Hue City” project, with the goal of successfully applying scientific and technological advances to sturgeon nursery and farming within a value chain framework.
