On the afternoon of November 16, the City Civil Defense Command issued an order to regulate the operation of the two hydropower reservoirs, Binh Dien and Huong Dien, in response to heavy rain.

After 12 days of assisting the authorities and people of Hue City in overcoming the aftermath of heavy rains and floods, on the afternoon of November 11, over 500 officers and soldiers from Division 968 (Military Region 4) completed their mission and withdrew to their unit.

After the prolonged heavy rain and flooding in late October and early November, many traffic routes in Hue were cut off, causing significant difficulties in transporting goods. A section of Hue Imperial Citadel wall collapsed after days of heavy rain and flooding. The fallen section, about 15 meters long, is located on the northern side of Hue Imperial City, next to the park along Dang Thai Than Street (Phu Xuan Ward).

While road and rail transport have been disrupted by heavy rains and flooding, Phu Bai Airport continues to operate, though some flights must have been adjusted.

Amid prolonged heavy rainfall and a high risk of landslides, on the afternoon of October 26, Phu Bai Ward evacuated dozens of households to safe locations.

As the complex developments of heavy rains and floods continued, from the afternoon to evening of October 22nd, officials of Duong No Ward set up checkpoints and assisted residents in safely crossing flooded areas.

Due to the impact of Typhoon No. 1, heavy rainfall occurred in Hue City, causing significant damage to people and property. Currently, units and localities in low-lying areas have mobilized maximum resources and machinery to overcome the aftermath of the floods.

As the tropical depression has intensified into the storm No. 4, with complicated weather development and heavy rain, at 11:00 p.m. on September 18, the Provincial People's Committee decided to cancel school for students in the province on September 19 as a precautionary measure against storm and flood.

The heavy rain on the night of June 9th caused a slight delay in the performance of the Double Impro dance group from Wallonia-Brussels, Belgium, at the stage of Quoc Hoc Pavilion. Nevertheless, thousands of spectators eagerly awaited the artists' appearance on stage.
