There is a female “warrior of the pen” who has spread the love for life and positivity with a heart full of affection and deep gratitude. That is Ms. Le Thi Ngoc Ha (Group 5, An Cuu Ward, Thuan Hoa District, Hue City), a member of Hue Writers’ Association.

Every year, after the harvest and when people's lives are stable, the Co Tu ethnic group in A Luoi district joyfully prepares for the Tac Ka Coong festival, a sacred and special traditional festival.
