On the afternoon of March 6, Hue Tourism College (under the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism) held a conference on career guidance and enrollment for 2026. Attending the event were representatives of state management agencies, 51 high schools and secondary schools, as well as businesses and organizations involved in training and human resource development.

On the afternoon of March 5th, Hue City People's Committee held its regular press conference for February 2026. The event was chaired by Chief of the Office of the City People’s Committee Hoang Viet Cuong; Deputy Director of the Department of Finance Tran Cong Thich Vuong; and Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports Nguyen Huy Hien. ​

Loving heritage culture and having traveled through many regions rich in history, Dang Duy Khoa (born 2002) from the distant Mekong Delta has truly been captivated by Hue. He then decided he had to do something for Hue through his own passion and the architectural knowledge he is pursuing.

In East Asian culture, horses are not merely a means of transport but a cultural symbol. In Hue during the Nguyen Dynasty, the presence of horses accompanied ceremonial processions and imperial carriages. Even today, that image endures on two bronze urns of the Nine Dynastic Urns - Huyen Dinh and Anh Dinh (the alias of Tu Duc) - like a layer of resilient metallic memory, reminding us that horses once played a role in the life of the former imperial capital.

According to Hue City Department of Culture and Sports, Huyen Tran Temple Festival for the Spring of Binh Ngo 2026, themed “Honoring the Ancestors - Sacred Imprints of Territorial Expansion”, will be held on the 8th and 9th days of the first lunar month of the Year of the Horse (corresponding to February 24-25, 2026) at Huyen Tran Cultural Center (151 Thien Thai Street, An Cuu Ward, Hue City).

On the morning of February 5, at the Secret Affairs Institute - Tam Toa Complex (No. 33 Tong Duy Tan Street, Phu Xuan Ward), Hue Monuments Conservation Center officially opened a thematic exhibition titled “Horses and the Long Ma in Nguyen Dynasty Royal Culture” (Long Ma: dragon-horse), offering the public a culturally rich and profound exhibition space in the early days of Lunar New Year.

“Nghien cuu Hue” (“Researching Hue”) is a series of books about Hue, born out of researchers’ deep affection for Hue culture. The series is considered the continuity of the B.A.V.H. (Bulletin des Amis du Vieux Hué) by the Association of Friends of Ancient Hue.

On the morning of September 27th, the City People's Committee organized the opening of the exhibition space with the theme "The Colors of Mid-Autumn" to showcase the cultural beauty of celebrating the Mid-Autumn Festival of the Hue people.

Located about 15 km from Hue city's center, the Rú Chá mangrove forest is a famous destination, attracting numerous people coming to take check-in photos when Autumn is around the corner.

Inspired by a meeting between the Hue Monuments Conservation Center and representatives of the Asian Photography Bridge, Hue International Photography Festival 2023 became a bridge to gather photographers from 7 countries and the Crossing Bridges together. This was a very good opportunity to promote the image of Hue city to domestic and international friends.
