In the context of increasingly deep integration of higher education, international cooperation has become one of the key strategies to enhance the quality of training, research, and academic reputation. Hue University has been affirming its role as a major training and scientific research center in the Central - Central Highlands region, and the whole country, through significant advancements in international cooperation.

Within the framework of Vietnam - Laos special friendship cooperation program (from October 22-26), a delegation from Hue City People's Council, led by Mr. Nguyen Quang Tuan, Member of the Standing Committee of Hue City Party Committee, and Permanent Vice Chairman of Hue City People's Council, visited, worked and held talks with the Standing Committee of the Salavan Provincial People's Council, Lao People's Democratic Republic.

After three days of active and effective working, the 5th Organization of World Heritage Cities Asia-Pacific (OWHC-AP) Regional Conference officially concluded on October 16. On the morning of September 27, as part of the 10th National Young Architects Festival - Hue 2025, a professional seminar titled “Green Creativity in Digital Era” took place. The event became a major highlight, attracting a great number of young architects, experts, and enthusiasts interested in the trend of sustainable architectures.

The working session between Hue City leaders and the Korean delegation affirmed both sides’ commitment to strengthening comprehensive cooperation, contributing to the sustainable development of Vietnam - Korea friendship.

On September 21, the Office of the People’s Committee of Hue City announced that Hue City People’s Committee, in collaboration with Phuong Trang Group (FUTA Group), and Kim Long Motor Hue Joint Stock Company signed a strategic cooperation memorandum of understanding (MoU).

On the afternoon of September 19, Mr. Nguyen Thanh Binh - Permanent Vice Chairman of the People’s Committee of Hue City, held a courtesy meeting with Mr. Duong Thuan Phong, Acting Consul General of the People's Republic of China to Da Nang city, and his delegation during their working visit to Hue City.
