From February 13th - 14th, in Hue, the Khoi Su Tu Tam Foundation (Kim Oanh Group), in coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the city, organized its key charitable program “Gieo Xuan Season 3 2026”, along with accompanying activities such as “Happiness Sprouts” and gift presentations for disadvantaged children, patients, and members of the local Blind Association. At an age when many children are still learning basic letters and arithmetic, Nguyen Ha Bao Ngoc, a student from class 3/6 at Le Loi Primary School (Hue City), has left many adults in awe with a remarkable collection of nearly 90 medals, trophies, and awards across multiple fields, earned at domestic and international competitions.

On the afternoon of February 9, an art exhibition, themed “Celebrating Spring and the Zodiac of the Horse 2026”, was held at Song Huong Magazine (9 Pham Hong Thai).
