On the morning of March 6, the Department of Industry and Trade coordinated with the Institution for Strategy and Policy Studies under the Ministry of Industry and Trade, organized a workshop to solicit feedback from central and local departments, agencies, experts, and businesses. The consultation was held to complete the Project on Industrial Development of Hue City for the 2025-2030 period, with a vision toward 2045.

On the afternoon of March 6, Hue Tourism College (under the Ministry of Culture, Sports, and Tourism) held a conference on career guidance and enrollment for 2026. Attending the event were representatives of state management agencies, 51 high schools and secondary schools, as well as businesses and organizations involved in training and human resource development.

Alongside business support policies from the Central Government, Hue City has also introduced tailored, distinctive support mechanisms to spur business development, aiming to have around 12,000 businesses operating stably by 2030.

The event titled “Hue - Innovation for Sustainable Development” (Hue Innovation Day 2025) and the forum “Developing Private Economy in Connection with Heritage Economy Development in Hue” were recently held, opening new perspectives on harnessing heritage values as an economic resource. From the stories of young businesses to the strategy of heritage urban development, Hue is affirming its own path: Turning heritage into a sustainable development momentum.

The development of the labor market is not only linked with social welfare but also serves as a pillar for sustainable growth. Hue City is focusing on investing in resources, at the same time expanding employment opportunities, and accompanying businesses and workers in the new phase.

Strictly complying with quality standards, building product reputation, establishing reasonable pricing, ensuring legal conditions, being more proactive in distribution, while also creating a favorable environment for sustainable product development... were the issues that many businesses, cooperatives, and distributors were particularly concerned about at the 2025 Conference on Connecting and Promoting Agricultural Products, Specialties, and Handicrafts Consumption, which was held on the afternoon of August 16 in Quang Dien Commune.

On August 8th, nearly 20 of Vietnam’s leading F&B (food and beverage) brands gathered at the “F&B Hue 2025: The F&B 5.0 Model” event, where they shared practical insights into development trends and applicable solutions for the food and beverage sector. The event was organized by Hue F&B Community and drew a large number of business representatives, shop owners, and others with a keen interest in food and beverage scene in the area.

Market analysis plays an important role in the work of tourism development. The results released from the analysis help the tourism sector and the businesses working in this field develop appropriate strategies, and create tourism products and services that closely match the market demand. This is an urgent requirement if Hue tourism wants to expand its market and reach effective tourist attractions.

The 2nd Hueba Jogging - 2025 held by the City Business Association, in collaboration with 75GROUP Investment & Development JSC took place on the morning of August 3, attracting the participation of over 4.000 runners. This was the final activity of the 3rd “Hue Sports Festival” – 2025, a sports day for community health.

From May 4 to 13, Vietnam National Authority of Tourism (Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism) is coordinating with the People's Committee of Hue City, Tourism Development Support Fund, Vietnam Airlines, and partners to organize a program introducing Vietnamese tourism, traditional craft villages, and cuisine, and connecting businesses on the occasion of the National Tourism Year - Hue 2025 in three European countries, including Italy, Switzerland, and France.
