After nearly 80 years of existing as little more than a foundation, Dai Cung Mon - the main gate of the Forbidden Purple City – will be reconstructed. The project will help complete the central axis of Hue Imperial Citadel and open up a new heritage experience space for visitors.

On March 28, the University of Foreign Languages, Hue University hosted the Korean Language and Culture Festival 2026 in Central Vietnam - a gathering for Korean language training institutions across the region.

A ceremony marking the 80th anniversary of Vietnam Sports Day (March 27th, 1946 – March 27th, 2026), organized by the Department of Culture and Sports, was held on the afternoon of March 27 at the City Culture and Cinema Center.
