Building on the results achieved in 2025, Hue City has set a growth target of over 10% per year for the 2026 - 2030 period. By 2030, the city strives to reach a growth rate of 11.5 - 12%, and a budget revenue of 28,000 - 30,000 billion VND.

In 2025, Hue City Library served more than 1.2 million readers both in person and online. The library also issued over 5,700 library cards to readers.

The 2025 Hue Universities and Colleges Table Tennis Tournament officially opened on the evening of January 5 at the Gymnasium of the Faculty of Physical Education, Hue University. The tournament is a traditional sporting event jointly organized by Hue University and Professional Sports Association, the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, Hue University.

On the morning of January 5, the University of Foreign Languages, Hue University, held its third 2025 graduation ceremony, awarding degrees to new PhD, master’s, and bachelor’s graduates.
