To soon bring back a “green - clean - bright” Hue
HNN.VN - “Dear everyone! Let's join hands to make Hue clean and beautiful again soon!” - I paused for a long moment in front of that message - a message sent out by HEPCO (Hue Urban Environment and Public Works Joint Stock Company) just as the floodwaters in Hue slowly, little by little, receded, revealing massive amounts of trash and damaged items submerged in the murky water.
And true to the spirit spreaded by HEPCO, “Mud runs deep, trash piles high, not afraid of hardship, just hoping Hue to be clean again soon”, these days, racing against the receding speed of floodwaters, environmental sanitation workers, soldiers, police, militia and self-defence force, youth union members, and young people, etc., regardless of weather conditions, have been concentrating all their efforts, dividing up areas and routes to clean up, aiming to bring back a green - clean - bright Hue as soon as possible.
