Hue to use “warning information” service in developing smart urban

On the afternoon of May 28, at the meeting with departments’ representatives on using “warning information” service in building smart urban, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People’s Committee Phan Thien Dinh noted that it is necessary to build up the convenient and flexible information structure that helps people access it easily; at the same time, focusing on technique, human resource and setting a mechanism to exchange information between the Center for Monitoring and Running smart urban and relevant functional agencies.

The “warning information” service is built on the foundation of using mobile application and apps Hue-S (similar to the service of Interactive Portal reflecting the real situations having been used so far)

This service aims to convey the hot information to individuals and organizations in the provincial area, as well as to tourists in order to early identify, take precaution or work out the coping plans.

According to Vice Director of the Information and Communications Department Nguyen Xuan Son, the warning conditions include the urgent notifications; the notifications influencing all people in the province or some localities if it is important; as well as the warning information for major events in the province; do not warn the information covering single contents or influencing the insignificant objects.

The warning fields which are expected to be updated on the service system include the warnings of crime situation; the fraudulent forms, the new crime tricks and the prevention; the warnings of fake and poor quality goods; the warnings for tourists; the warnings of traffic congestion and traffic violations; the warning of dangerous weather and that of electrical incidents and electricity supply situation, etc.

The service is expected to come into operation at the beginning of June 2019.
