The study of the historical progression of natural disasters in Thua Thien Hue aims to study the patterns and weather fluctuations over different periods. Additionally, it seeks to gain insights into the disaster prevention, rescue, relief, and recovery measures implemented by the state, social organizations, and communities throughout history. From these historical lessons, the goal is to propose practical solutions and recommendations to minimize the impact of future natural disasters in the region.
