HNN.VN - On the occasion of traditional Tet holiday - Canh Ty 2020, on the afternoon of January 12, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, Mr. Phan Ngoc Tho visited, presented gifts, and sent Lunar New Year’s greeting to a number of religious establishments in Phu Loc district and Phu Vang district including: Loan Ly parish, Nuoc Ngot women's religious community, Phuoc Tuong parish, Phuoc Son pagoda, and Uu Dam Orphanage.

The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee acknowledged and highly evaluated the efforts and contributions of compatriots of religions in the province's socio-economic development, especially in the implementation of patriotic emulation movement and good observance of the guidelines of the Party, and policies and laws of the State, contributing and promoting the strength of the great unity bloc of the entire nation.

Representatives of the religious establishments highly evaluated the socio-economic results and positive changes of the province in recent years. At the same time, they expressed their belief and hope that in 2020, the province would achieve more comprehensive results; and continue to improve the people’s lives in all aspects. In the coming time, religious establishments will actively propagate and mobilize Buddhists and parishioners to well carry out religious activities according to the Party and State's policies and laws.
