46 scholarships awarded to students

HNN.VN - On the morning of November 21, Hue University, in collaboration with Vietnam Educational and Social Assistance Foundation (VESAF, NFP), awarded scholarships sponsored by the VESAF, NFP to students in difficult circumstances, who have demonstrated good academic and personal performance.

On this occasion, Hue University presented 46 scholarships, each valued at 400 USD, to students from the University of Medicine and Pharmacy, the University of Agriculture and Forestry, the University of Economics, and the University of Sciences, of Hue University.

The VESAF, NFP scholarship program for poor students is sponsored by the VESAF, NFP. The program has provided and continues to provide nearly 200 scholarships to students currently studying at Hue University's member institutions, facilitating their payment of annual tuition fees and textbooks, helping them achieve high academic results.

The VESAF scholarship is a continuing scholarship. From the first award until graduation, if students maintain their academic performance, they will continue to receive the scholarship for the following years.

Speaking at the scholarship awarding ceremony, on behalf of Hue University, Dr. Bui Van Loi, Deputy Director of Hue University, expressed gratitude to the VESAF, NFP, and the Hearts of Hue Foundation for their dedication, affection, concern, and special support for Hue University’s students. He hoped that in the coming years, the VESAF, NFP, and the Hearts of Hue Foundation will continue to provide more support to students in difficult circumstances, who are studying at Hue University's member institutions.
