Taking place at the library (No. 29A Le Quy Don St., Thuan Hoa District), the exhibition attracts hundreds of audiences. In the framework of the exhibition, the audiences get the chance to access and enjoy over 200 pieces of documents, 50 photographic documentations, books, newspapers, and maps.
The exhibition focuses on 3 main themes, including the glorious traditional history of the military and people of Thua Thien Hue during the 1975 Spring Offensive and Uprising, the Liberation of Thua Thien Hue; the 95th anniversary of the construction and development of Hue City Party Committee; Socio-economic achievements of Hue City over 50 years of renovation, development, and integration.

According to the organizing committee, the exhibition aims to raise the awareness, consciousness, and responsibility of the officers, party members, and local people of Hue City about the moral principle “When drinking water, remember its source”, contributing to educating and nurturing patriotism, national pride, self-reliance, self-strengthening, and the spirit of national unity for all generations, especially young people. Furthermore, it also aims to strengthen and enhance people’s trust in the country’s renewal process and international integration under the leadership of the Communist Party of Vietnam.
Thence, it encourages and motivates competitive spirit in celebration of the Party Congresses at all levels, heading to the 17th Congress of Hue City Party Committee, promoting unity, strengthening the aspiration to progress and dedicate, and the demonstration to build up a more developed Hue City.
The exhibition opens until March 30.
