In Hue, craft villages are not just places that create products but also places that preserve the soul of a community and a land.

The music program “New Day in the Homeland” not only created an artistic space full of emotions but also contributed to spreading the spirit of Vietnam Music Day, aiming to build a true music festival for all people.

In a solemn yet warm atmosphere, members and poetry enthusiasts recited and shared moving Haiku works, expressing pride in the nation’s history and love for their homeland.

Hue Nam Temple Festival annually takes place in Lunar March and July. This is a cultural and spiritual event associated with the worship of the Holy Mother Thien Y Ana.

With a display area of more than 600m², Hue City’s exhibition space presented to the public and international friends a comprehensive view of the city’s history, culture, identity, and development orientation.

These artifacts include statues of Buddha, pen holders, brush pots, incense burners, vases, trays, seals, prayer beads, etc., originating from Japan, China, Vietnam, Thailand, and India...

With the theme “Hue City - the process of construction and development through archival documents”, the exhibition features a wide range of rare and valuable documents, images, and artifacts selected from various sources.

A representative of Hue Monuments Conservation Center stated that they are implementing numerous solutions to enhance the protection of the system of relics, artifacts, and national treasures under their management.

In a book space, a private museum…, there is a deep story about the devotion of individuals to Hue. They may be an artist, a speaker, a young band, a researcher, a teacher, a journalist, an architect, a collector,...

The event served as an occasion for members and poetry lovers to meet, exchange, and together spread the values of literature and art, while nurturing national pride in the atmosphere of the country’s great celebration.

These trees not only cool the space, but also extend the memory of a land that has endured countless ups and downs.

Visitors can listen to artisans share about the history of this unique craft village and directly view ancient woodblocks, carved paintings, carving tools, and woodblock-printed publications from Thanh Lieu Village.

A very special thing is that in Hue people don’t have to make an effort to preserve Trinh’s music because it’s deeply rooted in the land and people’s soul.

The program is part of the project “Preserving and promoting the value of Hue Singing heritage to 2030”.

The collection of fine art works of Hue Museum of Fine Arts grows steadily year by year. However, a worthy exhibition space for these works remains an unfulfilled wish.
