Although the historical households relocation of Thuong Thanh area is not a core factor for Hue to aim for building a Heritage City, it is of great value, first of all, to restore the value of the ancient city.

Hue culture is enriched by urban culture, village culture, royal culture and folk culture, but they have not any opposition or exclusion.

Thua Thien Hue promises to become a municipality under the central government with its own set of criteria; nevertheless, the process of realizing the "Hue Dream" will certainly face many challenges.
