To foster and strongly promote the potential and intellectual capacity of Hue’s young intellectuals in the context of international integration, the forum not only created a meaningful space for young scholars to exchange ideas, learn from others, and cultivate a spirit of innovation, bold thinking, and willingness to take action and embrace challenges, but also served as a source of inspiration, awakening their determination to build their careers and igniting a powerful aspiration to contribute to society.
Through the forum, the Union aims to reaffirm the scientific and technological potential of the city while promoting human resource development and strengthening cooperation and international integration in the field of science. It is also an opportunity to diversify the Union’s forms of international cooperation and further advance the broader process of international integration, contributing to the identification, training, and nurturing of young talents.
At the forum, representatives from the Department of Science and Technology, the Department of Foreign Affairs,… also shared various local mechanisms and policies on science and technology, innovation, and digital transformation that support young intellectuals in expanding their global integration. They also highlighted the role of external relations in promoting international cooperation in science, technology, and innovation, as well as in connecting and elevating the young intellectual community.

At the forum and seminar, Hue’s young intellectuals had the opportunity to express their views based on scientific and practical foundations, thereby providing grounds for advising and making recommendations to state management agencies on addressing emerging issues in social governance. The event also aimed to inspire a strong sense of dedication, as well as a spirit of learning and creative labor, among the young intellectual community of Hue.
Additionally, participants at the forum had the opportunity to visit exhibition booths showcasing products derived from applied scientific and technological research. This activity was held to encourage the formation of research groups and highly applicable innovation projects, thereby making practical contributions to the advancement of science, technology, and innovation, as well as to the socio-economic development of the city.
