The fair brings together 20 booths, including 15 booths showcasing agricultural and handicraft products typical of ethnic minority communities and five food booths. The booths are designed and displayed in a diverse manner, featuring a wide range of products that have obtained VietGAP, organic, and OCOP certifications, as well as products that meet food safety and hygiene standards. This is a meaningful activity held to celebrate the successful conclusion of the 11th Congress of Hue City Farmers’ Association for the 2025 - 2030 term.

This is the second Highland Market Fair held in 2025 in the center of Hue City, aimed at strengthening trade promotion and stimulating consumer demand. It provides an opportunity for units, businesses, cooperatives, farms, and exemplary agricultural producers in ethnic minority and mountainous communes to promote, introduce, and seek market outlets for high-quality agricultural and handicraft products, including OCOP products. Through this, the event encourages ethnic minority and mountainous communities to actively develop production, contributing to sustainable poverty reduction.

According to leaders of Hue City Farmers’ Association, the fair also serves as an opportunity for farmer members, businesses, and production establishments in ethnic minority and mountainous areas to meet, exchange experience, and establish trade connections. At the same time, it allows them to grasp and better understand consumer preferences, thereby developing appropriate production and business strategies and gradually elevating product quality and branding to meet the increasingly high demands of the market.
