Design thinking and innovation

The program was taught by Dr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, Director of Knowledge Management Institute (KMI), Rector of Vabis International College, and CEO - Founder of Khai Minh Viet Enzyme Technology Company.

According to Dr. Nguyen Thanh Tung, design thinking is a process for creatively solving problems. The goal of design thinking is to create innovative ideas and effective business models by focusing on user needs. It is the intersection of intuitive and analytical thinking, a continuous succession of divergent and convergent phases. The purpose of design thinking is to solve a complex problem, create or design a new product/service, and create innovative solutions and effective business models that focus on user needs.

At the training course, Dr. Nguyen Thanh Tung shared insights on the formation of design thinking, the application of design thinking in organizations, the principles of design thinking, as well as the process of implementing and utilizing design thinking in businesses.

Mr. Phan Quoc Son, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance, shared that in the context of fierce competition, businesses need to not only operate effectively, but also innovate continuously. This course will help leaders and management teams master design thinking to understand customers and develop breakthrough ideas, create innovative solutions, enhance competitive capacity, and develop sustainably.
