According to statistics, the province currently has over 5,000 businesses, with 97% of them being small and micro service enterprises. With the majority being mainly small retail, self-employed businesses, traditional craft businesses, etc., most of these businesses face challenges in digital transformation, supply chain complement, and transportation process optimization. This is also a concern for many firms, especially SMEs, startups, and small traditional craft village businesses in other localities.

One of the issues that many enterprises are concerned about is the transformation to adapt to changes in post-COVID-19 consumer behaviour as well as general development trends of the times. Especially for SMEs, startups, small online sellers, and traditional craft villages, even though having production capacity, they face many difficulties in promoting marketing and online sales activities due to a lack of capital, resources, and practical experience.

At the seminar, speakers who were experts from express delivery service J&T Express Vietnam, TikTok Vietnam, Le Media Group; and, handicraft product businesses such as Vun Art and Moc Truly Hue shared solutions to overcome challenges for businesses, particularly traditional handicraft products during digital transformation. There, they discussed two issues; one is Effective sales tactics on digital platforms and handicraft product business; the other is Development opportunities and sales tactics while providing practical experience and business lessons to help enterprises and craft village businesses improve their management systems to boost sales, contribute to building and maintaining their brand and position.
