Introducing the standout features of the CheckNow project to visitors

At the final round, the CheckNow project – a real-time management application developed by NextGen Digital Technology Joint Stock Company, a startup from Hue – delivered a convincing presentation and was awarded Third Prize overall by the organizing committee. This year’s finals brought together 10 outstanding startup projects from across the country, selected through multiple rounds of evaluation.

According to a representative of NextGen Digital Technology JSC, the CheckNow project was formed from practical management challenges observed across many construction, manufacturing, and service enterprises, where difficulties in personnel management, production operations, and asset control remain common. Stemming from these real-world needs, the CheckNow platform was developed as an integrated solution that combines multiple technologies into a single application, helping businesses operate more efficiently in highly dynamic working environments.

The software applies technologies such as AI-powered cameras and facial recognition (Face ID) to minimize timekeeping fraud, while providing real-time data and reports that enable managers to promptly grasp operational conditions and make appropriate decisions. In addition, its user-friendly interface and ease of deployment are considered key advantages, making CheckNow particularly suitable for small and medium-sized enterprises - a segment that accounts for a large share of the economy but often faces limitations in technological resources.

During the final round, the judging panel raised a number of questions related to data processing technology, scalability, and product development orientation. In response, the project team noted that CheckNow can be flexibly applied across various types of enterprises, not only in construction but also in manufacturing and service sectors with real-time labor and operations management needs.

CheckNow’s Third Prize at the finals of the 2025 National Startup Project Development Program marks an important milestone recognizing the innovative efforts of the young startup team from Hue. At the same time, it highlights the growing presence of Hue in Vietnam’s national startup, innovation, and digital transformation ecosystem.
