CheckNow is developed as an intelligent management platform that helps businesses manage personnel, assets, and progress in real time. The application integrates AI, GPS, and facial recognition, enabling companies to track attendance, assign shifts, monitor materials, and evaluate performance on a single system, enhancing transparency and optimizing operations.

Evolving from a GPS-QR attendance tool, CheckNow has expanded into a full management ecosystem with features such as HR management, shift scheduling, payroll calculation, performance tracking, asset and materials management, and connections to local labor recruitment. Its AI and Face ID technologies help prevent timekeeping fraud and deliver real-time reports, enabling businesses to make faster and more accurate decisions. With a simple, easy-to-deploy interface, the platform is well-suited for small and medium-sized enterprises, especially those without dedicated IT departments.

The National Startup Project Development Program is an annual event organized by Vietnam Chamber of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) in cooperation with Business Forum Magazine, bringing together hundreds of innovative projects from across the country.

Projects selected for the Top 10 will receive advisory support, participate in training courses and programs organized by VCCI, Business Forum Magazine, and the National Startup Development Program. They will also be supported in media outreach, market connections, and refining their business models. Notably, the Top 10 teams will undergo intensive coaching to compete in the Global Startup Cup, allowing them to test their potential on an international stage.

The final round of the 2025 National Startup Project Development Program will take place in Hanoi on December 20.
