Hue University receives emergency rescue equipment from Korean sponsor

HNN.VN - On March 27th, at Hue University, the Korean Federation of Fire Association handed over emergency rescue equipment to Hue University and Danang University.

Representatives of the two universities receive emergency rescue equipment

Each university was provided with 25 motorbikes and emergency equipment such as rescue lights, safety jackets and belts, helmets... to use in emergency situations (natural disasters or special cases) to ensure safety for officials and students at the two universities.

At the ceremony, representatives of Hue University and Danang University expressed their thanks to the Korean Federation of Fire Association and sponsors, and committed to using the equipment at the right purpose and humanitarian meaning.

Representatives of the two universities also hoped that the Korean sponsor would continue to support and provide similar fundings to Vietnamese universities in general and those of the Central region in particular, due to the fact that Central provinces usually suffer impacts of natural disasters and extreme weather conditions.
