At the meeting, Mr. Yan Jiehe expressed his gratitude for the warm and gracious reception by the leaders of Hue City. He also voiced his strong impression of Hue’s recent pace of urban development, particularly the harmonious integration between traditional architecture and modern urban spaces. He noted that Pacific Construction Group has implemented numerous large-scale projects in many countries, especially in key transportation infrastructure, new urban areas, integrated commercial and service complexes, as well as the development of green and smart infrastructure.

Mr. Yan Jiehe remarked that Hue is a city with great potential and a strong cultural identity, currently pursuing a path of modern and sustainable development. He assessed that these factors align well with the Group’s investment strategy. The Group expressed its desire to gain a deeper understanding of the projects for which the city is seeking investment, particularly in the fields of transportation infrastructure development, urban renovation and expansion, the construction of new functional zones, as well as cooperation in smart city models.

He proposed that the two sides maintain technical exchanges, organize site survey delegations, and collaborate with relevant specialized agencies to assess the feasibility of implementing specific projects. The Group affirmed that it would conduct thorough studies, comply with Vietnamese law, and commit to implementing long-term cooperation in Hue if there is any investment opportunity.

In his remarks at the meeting, Chairman of the City People’s Committee Nguyen Khac Toan stated that Hue is intensifying efforts to attract investment in various fields, including smart urban development, technical infrastructure, urban renovation and expansion, urban transportation, tourism services, and cultural industries. The city places particular priority on investors with strong financial capacity, advanced technologies, and proven experience in developing integrated and modern infrastructure.

Chairman Nguyen Khac Toan affirmed that Hue always welcomes strategic investors and expressed the city’s desire to cooperate with Pacific Construction Group in studying and proposing projects aligned with its orientation toward green, smart, and sustainable urban development. The city is committed to providing maximum support within the framework of the law and creating the most favorable conditions for the Group to successfully, stably, and sustainably implement cooperation and investment activities in Hue over the long term.

This is a consistent commitment of the city’s leadership to fostering an open, friendly, and sustainable investment environment for investors,” emphasized Chairman of Hue City People's Committee Nguyen Khac Toan.
