The webinar has the participation of more than 110 businesses of the 4 localities and Korean partners

Attending the webinar were representatives of local tourism industry leaders and more than 30 businesses of the 4 localities. At the Korean bridge point, there were representatives of Vietnamese Embassy in Korea, the tourism promotion agency of Daegu city and about 80 Korean travel agencies specializing in bringing tourists to Vietnamese market.

The webinar introduced tourism products of the 4 localities; sharing information, connecting extensively, as well as answering questions of the Korean partners related to Vietnam's policy to welcome international tourists.

The parties agreed that if the preparation process is favorable, Korean tourists will be brought to the Central region right in December 2021. Korean tourism businesses have expressed their interest in reopening tourism and resuming international flights of Vietnam. Korean tourism businesses are also very impressed with tourism products in the Central region of Vietnam.

Before the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic, Korea was one of the key tourist markets and ranked first in the international market share of Thua Thien Hue.

Not long ago, the tourism industry in the Central region also coordinated to promote tourismproducts to French market and Southeast Asian countries.
