According to Road Affair tourist website, the Central Coast of Vietnam in general and cities like Hue, Hoi An and Da Nang in particular are must-see when traveling across Vietnam. Since the cities are so close together, there are a great number of ways for tourists to choose from.

Road Affair suggests many travel options from Hoi An or Da Nang to Hue, in which the two most popular public transports are train and bus. In addition, guests can also use vehicles that prioritize personal experiences such as taxis, cars, and motorbikes.

This travel site suggests that the best way to experience the Hai Van Pass is by motorbike. On the back of a bike, riders are able to feel every twist and turn in the road, all the while staring out at this legendary 21 km-long mountain pass. Also, they can also stop and go as they please.
