Facing with the growing pressure of increasing household waste volumes, Hue is confronted with the need to renew its approach to urban waste management. In the context of the circular economy becoming an inevitable trend for modern cities, to reuse is not only an environmental action but also a strategy for sustainable development.

In recent days, the mindset of “Preservation for Development” and “Development grounded in Heritage” has become increasingly evident in Hue City’s strategy. Heritage is identified as one of the essential pillars for sustainable tourism development, serving as a driving force for balanced and inclusive socio-economic development.

Over 200 students from secondary schools in Thuan Hoa Ward (Hue City) took part in an educational event promoting knowledge about the life and career of President Ho Chi Minh, as well as communication activities related to the 2025 Family Development Strategy.

On the morning of December 5, Kim Long Motor Hue Joint Stock Company held the inauguration ceremony of its YUCHAI Engine Manufacturing and Assembly Plant (the Plant), while also rolling out the first YUCHAI engines. Far more than a conventional road project, this route is seen as a catalyst for expanding urban space, creating strategic land reserves, attracting investment, and improving quality of life for local residents.

On July 12, the Faculty of Engineering and Technology - Hue University (HUET) announced its new training programs in Microchip Design Technology, and Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology. This marks a significant step in the strategy to train high-quality human resources, anticipating the demands of scientific and technological development in the digital industrial age.
