On September 15, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee, Chairman of the City People’s Committee Le Tri Thanh, conducted a field survey at My Thuy Port in Quang Tri Province and some industrial parks and key projects in the Northern area of Hue City.

More than three decades after UNESCO inscribed the Complex of Hue Monuments as a World Cultural Heritage Site (1993), nearly 200 structures and components have been restored, helping turn heritage into a resource for development in the new period.

On September 8th, Hue City Women’s Union organized the Final Round of the 2026 ‘Women Entrepreneurs - Digital Transformation Journey’ competition. On the morning of August 5, Hue City People’s Committee held its regular press briefing for July 2026. The briefing was chaired by Mr. Hoang Viet Cuong, Chief of the City People’s Committee Office; Mr. Tran Cong Thich Vuong, Deputy Director of the Department of Finance; and Mr. Nguyen Huy Hien, Deputy Director of the Department of Culture and Sports.

On July 8, 2026, the Chairman of Hue City People’s Committee issued Decision No. 2376/QD-UBND approving the Project ‘Exploiting and Promoting the Value of the Complex of Hue Monuments to 2035’.
