In celebration of the 136th anniversary of the birthday of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), on May 18, the Nguyen Chi Thanh Merit Scholarship Fund under the Hue City Association for Promoting Education held a ceremony to award scholarships to students with outstanding achievements in the 2025-2026 National Excellent Student Competition. The award ceremony took place at Quoc Hoc - Hue High School for the Gifted.

Officially coming into operation for over a year, the General Nguyen Chi Thanh Museum is one of the non-public museums that has attracted a great number of visitors.

The center is divided into several spaces. The most notable among them is the space for storing Buddhist woodblocks. Arranged in a scientific and meticulous manner, this space currently holds over 800 blocks and 1,300 inscribed texts, featuring a diverse range of texts such as sutras, vinayas, treatises, commentaries, initiation verses, monastic regulations, and ancient graphic illustrations, which are extremely precious and rare.
