On March 20, the Authority of Foreign Information Service, under the Ministry of Information and Communications (MIC), officially announced the "Happy Vietnam" contest in 2024. The launching ceremony of the contest was connected from the bridge point of the MIC to bridge points of the Departments of Information and Communications in 63 provinces and cities across the country.
