On November 20, Hue City Red Cross launched the program of presenting 1,000 gifts to households affected and damaged by the recent exceptionally severe floods. The funding was allocated by Vietnam Red Cross Central Committee through the “Joining Hands to Overcome Floods” program, aiming to promptly help residents stabilize their lives after the disaster.
