To ensure good preparation for the Opening Ceremony of the academic year 2025 - 2026, linked to the 80th Anniversary Ceremony of the Traditional Day of Education sector, held online nationwide on the morning of September 5, the Department of Education and Training (DoET) established inspection teams on September 4. These teams were tasked with assessing the preparation and guiding the organization of the new academic year's opening ceremony at educational institutions across the city.

Stumbled upon the technique of indigo dyeing online by chance, like a twist of fate, a young couple, Dang Cong Bang (1996) and Pham Minh Nguyen (1997), were captivated by this age-old craft. They began exploring and experimenting, eventually creating their very first indigo-dyed pieces. This marked the beginning of Tiem Chi, a small studio the couple established with the hope of introducing others to handmade clothing and fashion items that they personally design and dye using the distinctive blue of indigo.

Phuoc Tich is an ancient village located in Phong Hoa Ward, Phong Dien Town, Hue City. The village was established in 1470. Though small, Phuoc Tich boasts 12 river wharfs, symbolizing the 12 founding families who first settled the land. 2025 marks the first year of implementing the National Assembly’s Resolution No. 175 on establishing Hue as a centrally-governed municipality, along with the National Assembly Standing Committee’s Resolution No. 1314 on restructuring district- and commune-level administrative units in the newly established Hue City.

History books of Nguyen Dynasty record that after ascending the throne in 1802, Emperor Gia Long established the medicine agency to serve the court. However, it was not until the reign of Emperor Minh Mang that the structure of Thai Y Vien (Imperial Medicine Institute) was gradually completed.
