This is considered an important legal basis to implement sub-zone planning projects, urban embellishment, and attracting strategic investment, gradually transforming the economic zone into the southern development hub of Hue City.

On the afternoon of January 12th, at Duyet Thi Duong (Royal Theater), Hue Monuments Conservation Center (HMCC) organized a Report on feasible research on the investment in the project of restoring, renovating, and embellishing Can Chanh Palace. Hue Monuments Conservation Center said that it would repair and embellish the embankment system of Ho Thanh hao (the protective moat surrounding the Citadel) on the Eastern side of Hue Imperial City monument. This is a category under the project on "Preserving, repairing and embellishing Hue Imperial City system - The component of renovating and embellishing monument", which was adjusted by the Provincial People's Committee in the Decision No. 1452/QD-UBND.

According to the leader of Hue Monuments Conservation Center, the project of restoration and embellishment of Kien Trung Palace in the area of the Forbidden City of Hue Imperial Citadel, started in February 2019, is entering the finishing stage of decoration; and expected to be completed by the end of 2023.

The groundbreaking ceremony was organized by Hue Monuments Conservation Center on the morning of June 13. The project belongs to the complex of relics of Emperor Thieu Tri's tomb in Thuy Bang Commune, Hue City.

According to the People's Committee of Hue City, the city will invest more than 26 billion VND in 2023 to restore and embellish four communal houses in the city area, in order to preserve and promote the values of historical and cultural relics.
