The singer Nguyen Dinh Tuan Dung, who is well-known for his performances of classical and sentimental music, will be the lead vocalist at the ‘Nhin nhung mua thu di’ (Contemplating Autumns Go By) music night, taking place on the evening of September 25 at Kien Trung Palace stage in Hue Imperial Citadel.

On the evening of September 22, the Command of the City Border Guard, in coordination with the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of the City, and the Party Committee and authority of A Luoi 4 Commune, organized the fourth ‘Borderland - Mid-Autumn Festival Night’ program in 2026 at A Luoi 4 inter-level boarding school.

On the evening of September 24th, as part of the Autumn Festival - Hue Festival 2026, the grounds of Kien Trung Palace will come alive with the colors of the Mid-Autumn Festival, featuring a lantern festival, royal court games, and an artistic program steeped in Hue’s traditional cultural heritage.

Among the many varieties of fruit, Hue persimmons have a distinctive flavor of their own, especially the heritage varieties associated with century-old garden houses. As autumn arrives, persimmons begin appearing at markets, brightening homes and becoming increasingly popular for sale on social media.

On the evening of September 21, Hue City Young Entrepreneurs Association, in coordination with Kim Dong Park, and the Youth Union Chapter of the Faculty of Marketing and Commerce, University of Economics, Hue University, organized a Mid-Autumn Festival program themed ‘Enjoying Mid-Autumn Festival’ for children facing difficult circumstances in the city.

These days, the festive atmosphere of the Mid-Autumn Festival is already filling the streets. From the skillful hands of craftsmen diligently working on unicorn heads, Earth God masks, and drums… to spectacular unicorn dance performances on competition stages and in welcoming spaces at the Imperial Citadel,… all come together to create a vibrant picture of the Mid-Autumn in the Ancient Capital, preserving the unique cultural beauty and leaving lasting impressions on visitors.

Vibrantly colored paper fish lanterns, toys that evoke Mid-Autumn Festivals of the past, have become an engaging experience for both adults and children. By making the lanterns with their own hands, participants find another way to reconnect with childhood memories and take home the special Mid-Autumn gifts they have created themselves.

On the morning of September 20th, Hue City Federation of Labor organized a program to provide support for disadvantaged union members, workers and children of union members at the beginning of the 2026-2027 school year, combined with Mid-Autumn Festival activities for the children. Attending the program was Mr. Nguyen Chi Tai, Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee of Hue City.

The 2026 Hue Unicorn Dance Festival officially opened on the morning of September 20 at the Sports Hall at 100 Pham Van Dong St. The event is part of the Autumn Festival activities under the Hue Festival 2026 program and is jointly organized by the Department of Culture, Sports and Tourism and Phu Xuan Ward People’s Committee.

On the morning of September 8, Hue City Employment Service Center held the opening ceremony of the Job Transaction Month 2026 under the theme ‘September, the Autumn of Recruitment’.

On August 28, Hue Newspaper and Radio - Television, in coordination with its Youth Union, Thua Thien Hue Construction Joint Stock Company, the City Social Policy Bank, Hong Duc Bookstore, and benefactors, organized the ‘Supporting children to school - Mid-Autumn Festival for children’ and social welfare support program in 2026 in A Luoi 2 Commune.

This is a rare mangrove forest that still exists on the Tam Giang lagoon system - the largest lagoon system in Southeast Asia.

Located around 15km away from Hue City Center, Ru Cha mangrove forest is one of the destinations attracting a great number of locals and tourists coming to check-in whenever it comes to Autumn season.
