On May 5, the University of Foreign Languages and International Studies, Hue University (HUFLIS), officially announced the launch of the International Communication major (code: 7320107) under the Decision No. 567/QD-DHH dated April 17, 2026, issued by Hue University.

On the morning of March 20, at Phu An Secondary School, Hue City Association for the Protection of Children’s Rights, in coordination with the Department of Culture and Sports, organized the “Happiness for Children” communication program in response to the International Day of Happiness.
