On February 28, Hue Central Hospital informed that the hospital is receiving patients from across the country who are requiring to register for free plastic surgery through multiple channels. This activity is a part of the cooperation between the Interplast Delegation (Federal Republic of Germany) and the hospital.

Since 2017, the complex of Phung Tien Palace has been gradually restored through a cooperation project between Vietnam and the Federal Republic of Germany to preserve the remaining structures and revive their original shape and function.
