The second Sline Tennis Forum Tennis Tournament for the Sline Cup 2026 opened on the afternoon of August 6 at the Sline Tennis Center courts (Street No. 7, An Cuu City). The event is part of the Hue Sports Festival 2026 series, co-organized by the Sline Tennis Forum and the Vinh Infinity Tennis Forum.

On the morning of June 17th, Hue City People's Committee held a meeting and commendation ceremony for Hue Football Club following its achievement of securing one of the two direct promotion spots to compete in the National First Division for the 2026/2027 season. The event was chaired by Mr. Nguyen Khac Toan, Member of the Party Central Committee, Deputy Secretary of Hue City Party Committee, and Chairman of Hue City People's Committee. On the morning of June 1, the Department of Education and Training officially opened the 2026 Traditional Swimming Tournament for General Education Students of the city.

On May 28, 1,728 candidates took part in the competency assessment examination for Grade 6 admission at Nguyen Tri Phuong Secondary School for the academic year 2026 - 2027.

From May 18 to 20, at the City Stadium, the Department of Education and Training, in coordination with the Department of Culture and Sports, organized the Athletics Championship for general education students in the city in 2026. The event took place on the occasion of the 136th birthday anniversary of President Ho Chi Minh (May 19, 1890 - May 19, 2026), contributing to promoting physical training movements, improving health, and enhancing the quality of comprehensive education for students across the city.

On the afternoon of May 10, the opening ceremony of Hue Student Football Tournament (Hue Students SV7 2026 - Intrase Cup), organized by Hue University, took place at the artificial turf field complex of Chi Lang High School.

On the evening of May 5, the opening ceremony of the 29th Traditional Volleyball Tournament for staff and employees in 2026 was held at the University of Education, Hue University. The event was organized by the university’s grassroots trade union.

The National Freestyle and Greco-Roman Wrestling Club Championship 2026 officially opened on the morning of May 2 at the Square opposite Quoc Hoc Hue High School for the Gifted. On this occasion, outstanding athletes and coaches were awarded prestigious honors by the State.
