Handover of the Community Cultural House and flood shelter in A Luoi 3 commune
On October 8th, the General Staff of the Vietnam People’s Army, in coordination with local Party committees and authorities, held the inauguration and handover ceremony of the Community Cultural House combined with flood shelter in A Den Hamlet, A Luoi 3 Commune.
