Young people in Hue Ancient Capital are tracing back through time to visit historic ‘red sites’, carrying forward the story of patriotism in the language of the digital generation.

In the days leading up to the Lunar New Year of the Horse, when streets are awash in the golden hues of apricot blossoms, young people once again eagerly enter the season of photo hunting. On the evening of February 6, at the area in front of the Imperial Academy, Ham Nghi Square, and along 23 Thang 8 (August 23) Street in Phu Xuan Ward, Phu Xuan Ward People’s Committee held the opening ceremony of the “Phu Xuan Tet - Colors and Flavors of the Ancient Capital” program, attracting a large number of residents and visitors.

On the afternoon of January 29, Song Huong Magazine launched the “Song Huong - The convergence festival” literary essay contest - 2026, aiming to spread the image of Hue during its new stage of development and seek out valuable literary works about the land and people of the Ancient Capital.

In celebration of Vietnam Cultural Heritage Day on November 23, Hue Monuments Conservation Center will organize a series of educational, exhibition, and experiential activities to honor the heritage values of the Ancient Capital. These activities aim to spread appreciation for cultural heritage within the community, especially among young people.
