Hue Festival 2024 is due to open with the Opening program – the Ban Soc Ceremony (January 1) and end with the Countdown program, with the highlight being Hue Festival Week 2024, which will take place from June 7 - 12.

The cultural heritage left by the Nguyen Dynasty in Hue, in particular, and Vietnam in general, is extremely voluminous, including historical, cultural, landscape, artistic, scientific, and economic values... On the afternoon of December 7. The Provincial Association for Learning Promotion held a ceremony to launch the SEEDS scholarship program of Thai Binh Circle Organization (The US) for the academic year 2023 – 2024.

This was the theme of the International Research Conference jointly hosted by the Italian Embassy and UNESCO Vietnam, which was organized by Marche Polytechnic University and Hue University of Sciences on December 7th at the Italian Cultural Center in Hanoi. Over 46,000 entries from more than 130 schools in the province were sent to participate in the preliminary round of the Reading Culture Ambassador Contest over a four-year span, from 2019 to 2022.

Recently there appeared in Hue many garden cafes, especially ones at ancient princes’ and princesses’ residences (Phu De.) Around a hundred years ago those houses were places for princes, princesses, mandarins and their relatives to gather on special occasions and death anniversaries.
