During their stay in Hue city (October 21-24), the Thailand famtrip delegation attended a tourism promotion workshop organized by the Department of Tourism and the Provincial Tourism Association on the afternoon of October 23. Mr. Hoang Hai Minh - Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee attended the event.

The Decree clearly states that the Hue Heritage Conservation Fund is a national fund established by the Government and assigned to Thua Thien - Hue province to directly manage, in order to mobilize resources to invest in the restoration, conservation, and development of Hue heritage value and investment in works and items that have not been funded by the state budget or allocated insufficient funds.
