This is the topic of an international forum, which was organized by Thua Thien Hue Institute for Development Studies (HueIDS) in collaboration with SMC Hue Co., Ltd and the Bespin Global on the morning of December 16 within the framework of the forum themed "Hue Innovation Day" in 2022.
