On July 20, the People’s Committee of Nam Dong District held an opening ceremony for the 1st Co Tu ethnic traditional sculpture creation camp in 2023.

Although still very young, tea artist Tran Thi Thanh Nhi, the owner of Nhi Do Mai tea house, has been dedicated to the traditional art of making floral tea for nearly ten years, particularly the unique tea creations found only in the ancient capital city.

Following the traditional relationship for the past 63 years, on the morning of May 24, the Unions of Literary and Art Associations of three localities of Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City, and Thua Thien Hue signed an agreement to cooperate and coordinate in activities in the field of literature and arts.

Within the framework of Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2023, the Japanese ceramic exhibition “Yakishime - Shape of the Earth” offers visitors a unique perspective on the craft of the land of Fusang. The exhibition is held by the Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam in collaboration with Hue Museum of Fine Arts. The exhibition is opened from April 27th to May 14th at the Diem Phung Thi Art Center.

A large number of local residents and tourists gathered to witness the Worship Ceremony of the Ancestor of Crafts and Procession to honor traditional artisans and craftsmen that took place on the afternoon of May 5th at Tu Tuong Park, along the banks of Huong River in Hue city.

Reaching Hue to perform for the first time on the occasion of the Hue Traditional Craft Festival 2023, the Belgian Namur stilt art troupe received enthusiastic cheer and welcome from tourists and locals. On every route the stilt troupe passed, at the intersection where the stilt troupe stopped, the stream of crowded people admired the talented performances both thrilling and humorous by the artists
