On the morning of December 27, the Provincial Tourism Association opened a ceremony to launch the Thuy Bieu – A Plastic waste reduction tourist destination.

The application "Hue Tourism Passport - Hue City Passport" aimed to add novelty to tourists' journeys in Hue. As a source of destination information, the application is highly interactive, bringing many interesting experiences to visitors.

The Famtrip delegation from the Philippines has recently conducted a survey of tourist attractions in the provincial area. This is an occasion for the provincial tourism sector to push up promotional activities and showcase special local tourist destinations and products to the flow of Filipino visitors in particular and to the market of ASEAN tourists in general.

Despite of the onset of rainy season, when tourists are no longer rushing to seek tourist destinations, Thua Thien Hue is proactively attracting tourists in the last months with numerous winter tourism activities and products in Hue.

The thing is, however, how to attract this type of tourist, the solution of which lies in investing in creating attractive products right from the “gateway” of Chan May Port, all the way to Hue City.

Hue City, with its Perfume River, Ngu Mountain, and harmonious natural landscapes and beautiful heritage, attracts tourists by its peace and antiquity, being a destination for culture enthusiasts.

This year's National Day holiday lasts 4 days. As a matter of fact, many tourists have chosen Hue as a destination in their journeys to the Central Region to experience festive activities, visit monuments and famous attractions.

Promoting the potential and unique identity of each locality to build tourism products is a right direction. However, in the context of great challenges, a movement is required for tourist destinations to survive and develop, which need to change their approaches and perspectives in term of development so as to attract visitors.

With a diverse ecosystem of mountains, rivers, hills, lagoons and coastal sand dunes, Hue is an attractive destination for tourists in all four seasons of the year.

In response to the changing tourist demands, travel companies and community destinations in Hue have created a variety of experiences for tourists, as well as concentrating on ensuring safety at tourist destinations of streams, waterfalls, seas and lagoons.
