Hue’s Western Quarter, including three main streets of Pham Ngu Lao, Chu Van An, and Vo Thi Sau, is a favorite stopover for many domestic and foreign visitors, especially at the end of the day, and the weekends.

After more than 10 years making a living in the tourism industry, Truong Thi Huyen (born in 1986) had to quit her job due to the impact of COVID-19. Huyen turned to another fun and exciting hobby of Macrame art, which is still quite new in Hue Ancient city.

Not similar to the “Western Street” (the Pham Ngu Lao - Chu Van An - Vo Thi Sau Walking Street) and Hue Imperial City Night Street, Hai Ba Trung Walking Street is expected to be a bustling shopping street, serving the needs of nightlife entertainment for the locals and visitors, which is also a venue of cultural, artistic and street music activities.

At the conference held in Bandung city, West Java province, Indonesia from November 23-25, the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Nguyen Van Phuong shared about the tourism linkages between localities, promoting destinations, and diversifying forms of market connection.
