Amid prolonged heavy rainfall and a high risk of landslides, on the afternoon of October 26, Phu Bai Ward evacuated dozens of households to safe locations.

On October 25th, the Standing Office of the Provincial Steering Committee for Natural Disaster Prevention and Control and Search and Rescue issued updated warnings for areas across the province vulnerable to flash floods and landslides, particularly in mountainous regions, along transportation routes, and erosion in river and coastal areas.
