On the afternoon of September 15th, the delegation of Sekong Province of the Lao People’s Democratic Republic, led by Member of the Central Executive Committee of the Lao People’s Revolutionary Party, Provincial Party Secretary and Governor of Sekong Province – Mr. Leklay Sivilay, visited to meet and worked with the provincial leaders.
