On the evening of June 23, the Hue Lotus Festival 2023, themed "Lotus Beautifies Hue," was officially opened at Tinh Tam Lake in Hue City. On the morning of May 29, Hue Festival Center said that within the framework of the Summer Festival of Hue Festival 2023, the International Kite Festival 2023 would take place from June 3 - 9, with the participation of many Southeast Asian countries.
